This book, is so outdated it’s not even funny. Android OS information is built on Android 4.1, Google is removing all apps on 4.1 by this August, that is how outdated it is.

This book contains a large amount of information on TAPE drives, name a single corporation that still exists right now that handles TAPE drives…… I’ll dust off my VCR while waiting….

Linux Kernel information is based on Kernel 2.2
Windows Kernel information dates back to XP actually researching it.

This book needs to get into the 2010s, or better yet into the 2020s where we are going.

I used this book for my C191 class at Western Governors University. This book is outdated as heck.
