This is another very successful book written by Simon Monk. The Raspberry Pi is a very inexpensive stripped-down Linux-based computer. You have to supply your own enclosure, power supply, keyboard, mouse, etc. It is sort of like buying a house with the roof not included. Still, it is a tremendous buy at under $25. This book explains how to attach and configure everything. Beyond that, there is lots of information on programming and using the Raspberry Pi, much of it new to me, but explained quite clearly. Reading the book is a joy! I recommend it highly.
