If it were correct, it would have taken the user to the point where they have a Linux system on the Raspberry Pi, and know a very little about what to do with it. There were no details about how to use any of the components that make this a revolutionary device. There was no mention of non-Linux operating systems that can be used on the Raspberry Pi.

Take off one star for poor grammar, and another for the improper use of Ultimate in the title.
