Product: The Linux Command Line: A Complete Introduction
This book covers many different aspects of the Linux command line that other books do not. It works by allowing you to start you off from the beginning showing you what the command line is and helping new Linux users get the hang of working inside it. I thought it was a good feature when the book shows users how to customize their shell to their liking. I find that the book was able to both reinforce my knowledge and show me new ways to go about doing what I needed to get done.
Bottom line: I recommend this book to and beginner to intermediate Linux user who wants to master the shell and break away from only using a point and click interface. This is the best book on the Linux command line I have read and will be passing my copy along to everyone interested I meet.
